Do you ship worldwide?

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Refunds/Returns

Our policy is simple: If you’re not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your furry baby items, you can return or exchange Unworn & Unopened items in the same condition that you received it within 30 Days. Please measure your dog and check the size guides, as all products are custom and have their own Size Guides that are typically measured in CM. They do run smaller than most typical Dog clothes so it’s always better to buy 1-3 Sizes up than normal. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any Bedding products, Bowls, Feeders, Toys/Gadgets, or Bags due to U.S Sanitary and health codes. Lucy’s Treats does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Lucy’s Treats does not take title to the refunded item.

 

What do I do if I need to return something?

– Give our friendly customer service team an email at lucystreats2006@gmail.com and we will provide a Return label for you. Processing time for returns takes 7-14 Days. If you wish to send the item back yourself we will give you the address to send it to, our home shipping address. Please include a NOTE with your order number and what you would like to exchange it for prior to sending it back. Easy as that!

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the time it takes per VISA/Amex/Paypal etc, protocols. 

 

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

– If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

 

What are my payment options?

– We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay.

 

Is it safe to purchase online with Lucy’s Treats?

– Absolutely! We respect your privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information to any third party. Any information collected through the site is intended to be used for this transaction only. Your personal information is secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology.

Lucy’s Treats processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

 

Can I amend my order?

– Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out as soon as we can, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made.
